To organise an evening gala to celebrate the National Day with different groups and enhance the public's sense of belonging to the community, Hong Kong and the motherland.

By registering, you agree to the following:

I fully understand and agree that, upon request by the organizer, I will provide my identity documents for verification of personal information for the purpose of ticket collection.

I fully understand and agree that the organizer collects my personal information on a voluntary basis as I have voluntarily applied for their services. I consent to the disclosure of this information to staff members who need to know such information for the purpose of facilitating the provision of services to me.

I understand that providing personal information to the organizer is voluntary. If I do not provide sufficient personal information, the organizer may not be able to process my service request. Any delay in service caused by insufficient information shall be my responsibility.

The organizer reserves the right to retain, postpone, or cancel ticket distribution at its discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons:

1. Severe weather conditions.

2. Force majeure, i.e., the occurrence of events beyond the control of the organizer that make it impossible, unsafe, or impractical to hold the event.

Ticket registration is on a first-come, first-served basis (with priority given to Tsuen Wan District residents). Registration will close when the quota is full, without further notice.

Successful registrants will receive a confirmation SMS. Please present the SMS at the designated date and time to collect your tickets.

Repeated applications will result in automatic cancellation. The organizer reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
